Ideas that you create are viewable by other customers, so please be mindful of the details you include in the title and description.

Plans - Add help text for the "Rich Text" sections outside the "Content" field.

The problem is that if we update the help text in the template, the changes will delete what the users have entered in these specific sections.

A client has suggested that it would be useful to be able to set an alert in Resilience that can not be dismissed by their users. This should apply to the alert in the web browser and the mobile app.
