Policy Manager: Renew policies without changing covered location add dates

If a covered location has an add date of 1/1/2022 for a policy that is effective 7/1/2021-6/30/2022, when that policy renews for the 2022-2023 period the add date should remain 1/1/2022. It should not be updated or advanced by one year. Alternatively, upon renewing the prior mid-term add dates can be removed. Incorrectly advancing one year each time a policy is renewed makes it appear that the locations are constantly being added mid-term on the new policies rather than being covered from the new policy's effective date.

I got some more clarification from the client as to what is being asked for here.

When policy is renewed and covered locations are copied:

-If add date exists then add date should be null on the renewed policy

At the time that the policy is renewed, it would be ideal if there were two options

    1. Copy Covered locations and discard removed locations

    OR

    2. Copy Covered locations

Janet Roth at Ascension would be happy to discuss.

Ex: If a covered locations add date is 2/1/2019 when the policy is renewed that locations add date on the renewed policy will show 2/1/2020 when it should now be blank.
