When creating an application recovery plan (or server, etc.), the owner of the application according to the core list would automatically populate as the owner of the application plan hen you add that application to the properties.

Include all fields for View Filtering

Riskonnect Alerts when a contact has been removed from a doc, BIA/BCP.
