Hello Team -

Multi-factor authentication in ClearSight only sends tokens via a text or a phone call. This idea adds the ability to receive a token via email.

Client needs email because of the following explanation from the client:

Our Call Center relies on ClearSight to research caller inquiries and are not permitted to have their cell phones on the work floor and desk phones are disabled while they are on the line with a caller.
