Reject button for Final Approver

The final approver should be able to "reject" the BIA/Plan, hence the "Request update" button should be visible for final approver

Archived BIAs' Data Should Not Show Up in Plans

Currently, BIA data from archived plans shows up in fields such as "Location Activities" in the plans. This is highly confusing and leads to inaccurate data presented in the plans, since the archived BIAs are no longer being updated.

Ability to review what document or plan a file is located in

Any image etc is added to the long file list and it would be good know where that image (as in which document / plan etc) that image is located in. This will allow the ability to better maintain the file library
