This is idea will limit those of us who have multiple schemas. Use of SSO reduces the frontline users need for sign in, and administration users need the ability to pick schemas. For those not using SSO, create icons that have the embedded Schema to prepopulate for the user, plus most users have a saved password within the browser.
Hi Patrick.. I see this was listed for Future Consideration. What does that mean from a timeline perspective? As John Saw Mentioned, this enhancement could reduce 4% of our total case volume to L1 ClearSight. Please let us know. Thanks.
That is correct, you can do this with the small login method but most clients are given the ClearSight URL to the main login page. If I had to guess, 95% of our clients don't use that small login page but use the main URL.
Also, need to solve for those Marsh users who have access to multiple schema's, if they use the small login how does it know which account to login to?
Technically this can be done today via our small login method available on the Riskonnect marketing website. There is a login option in the upper right hand corner. When you choose Riskonnect CS/Enterprise that allows you to login just with email and password
We can look at this idea to see how we can add that option to the core login page.
More context - this enhancement could reduce 4% of our total case volume to L1 ClearSight.
YES! Let's get this one to the top of the list and avoid cases that do not need to be submitted.
In a 6 month period we received over 200 password reset cases for ClearSight so there has to be a better way to help clients.
Here are some of the challenges we face today:
Don’t know their schema id (#2)
Don’t know their userid (#1)
Want to use their email address instead (#4)
When select “forgot password” never receive the email (#3)
To help with the issue of never receiving their email, we do have the JIRA out there to allow login without a password. STOR-131253
