Internal Contacts convert to Users

We have an import of internal contacts into BC&R, but have to manually set up users. It would be great if there was a button or easy way to convert an internal contact as a user.

    It looks like this has been open for over a year and is the most voted Idea. Are there any timelines for considering this?

    This is much needed, we currently import Internal contacts and Users, but all through API scripts, I wish they had some sort of connectors to get all this through AD

    Yes! This is very much needed! It, additionally, would assist in the management of users from a removal perspective so that we don't have to manually pull out users when they leave the organization. We store sensitive information about the organization in the system and want to be able to ensure protection of that data. Automation is the key to improve that capability.

    There is an import for this using the user audit report but this is limited to what you can import and is missing user preferred language and timezone
