Ideas that you create are viewable by other customers, so please be mindful of the details you include in the title and description.

Capture Involved Parties in HC Event Reporting

Clients need the ability to capture all involved parties (Employees, Providers, Visitors, etc.) of an event. Beyond identifying the individual, the client needs the ability to specify their role and also additional attributes on a client by client basis. Clients also need to be able to create a new record if the individual is not found within contacts which would be applicable for non-employees such as visitors. The capability to capture involved parties should be included in the platform and HC portal
