Event Abstract for RK HC Event Reporting Objects

Ability to print an abstract of the event report including the Notes, Communications(?) and Review objects attached to the event record. During the process, the user should have the ability to select which components to include in the event abstract. The abstract should be available for Patient Event, Patient Feedback, Ambulatory Event, Non-Clinical Event, Resident Event and Non-Resident Event
