The Customer Ideas Portal gives you the opportunity to submit Ideas for new features and functions to add to the products and vote up existing ideas that are important to your organization.

Ideas that you create are viewable by other customers, so please be mindful of the details you include in the title and description.

Your feedback is important and valuable. Thank you for taking the time to provide it!

Note: Product bugs or configuration requests that are specific to your organization should be submitted through a case on the Customer Success Portal.

Merge Event Records

Requirements:

  1. Automated process to detect possible duplicate reported events.

  2. Ability to present the detected possible duplicated reported events to a platform user on a scheduled basis

  3. Ability to evaluate and determine which events are actual duplicates

  4. Ability to merge the duplicate records with one staying active and being worked through the process

  5. The event record(s) not being actively worked anymore should have the status changed to "Duplicate" (maybe merged) and any related event review records status changed to "Auto-closed"

  6. The records should be linked together with the Primary record having a link to the other records marked as duplicate and not be actively worked
