Actions linked to the source document they were created from

Actions currently require a unique name everywhere. It is not possible to have two actions named the same but from different documents. This requires users to have unique action names and complicates action list.

As of now in order to assign a role you have to log into Riskonnect, find the user, click edit, and assign a role. If there was a way to assign roles through SSO, this would save time and energy, especially on IT's part.
