Ideas that you create are viewable by other customers, so please be mindful of the details you include in the title and description.

Note: Product bugs or configuration requests that are specific to your organization should be submitted through a case on the Customer Success Portal.

Enable Notifications template access in mobile app

The Notifications templates set up in the web interface should be available to use in the mobile app. Setting up a new notification template in the mobile app may or may not be needed, but using existing templates is highly beneficial especially when traveling, or during off-hours when not sitting in front of a PC.
