Ability to directly attach a file (not just a related item) to a Product/Service Entry

We recently added the ability to associated a related item (attachment or action) to a product/service. However, this requires that a file already be available in the files section and it is also challenging to find the right filename for our larger clients. This request is to have a button/section, similar to the attachments section in a plan or the "+ File" section of a BIA. This is going to be useful for orgs performing Op Res that are using excel or other docs that seek to provide quantifiable justification for why a service is deemed critical or in the selection of an impact tolerance. Many companies have a certain level of logic that can't be modeled in the tool and having an attachment is the compromise.
