File Storage to Use for Plans as Attachments

I’ve noticed that while adding a file (attachment, supplemental information) to a plan or BIA, the only option is to get it from my computer and not an existing file that exists within Riskconnect that may have already been added. Is there a way to choose a file to attach from the system?

Their isn't a way to call a file from Files to be attached in the system as a Attachment. You can download a file from Files, but it would need to be accessible from your local machine to be uploaded in a plan. The same file may be used, with the same title, but it always comes into the system as a new file so there are several copies in Files. This would be something we'd need to add to the system so our Product team can review it with an Enhancement Request.

    Not on the current roadmap but something I have been exploring and would like to target.
