The Customer Ideas Portal gives you the opportunity to submit Ideas for new features and functions to add to the products and vote up existing ideas that are important to your organization.

Ideas that you create are viewable by other customers, so please be mindful of the details you include in the title and description.

Your feedback is important and valuable. Thank you for taking the time to provide it!

Note: Product bugs or configuration requests that are specific to your organization should be submitted through a case on the Customer Success Portal.

Allow attachments to be added for each IT DR plan recovery task

When using an IT DR plan on the Resilience platform, some clients require evidence from the plan owner that a specific task has been completed - typically in the form of a screen shot of data/changes applied when recovering an IT Application. As well, this provides an audit capability of changes made so that any issues can be quickly identified or traced.

Currently Attachments can only be added in a dedicated section (Attachments) - client request is that this capability be added to each recovery task.
