Add a Response Dial to the Express View

Presently on the Express view, there are health dials for Risks without Response and Risks to Review. It would be helpful to have an additional dial for Responses to Review, so users have a quick visual to alert then of upcoming Responses due.

Column headings should be justified the same as the data rows

Some fields in the ARM desktop, risk express grid etc. are justified to the right (quantifiable fields) but there are headings are justified to the left. It makes sense for something like 'cost' to be justified to the right as it is easier to read...

Printing State Forms

When trying to print a state form, the system attaches it to the Note but the category shows "no description". The client has asked for the ability to set the Title and Category when printing a State form.

Completely install ARM without the need for Internet access
