Ideas that you create are viewable by other customers, so please be mindful of the details you include in the title and description.

Why is there a limit to number of recipients for a Threat Rule? It would be great if we could get rid of this limit.

Add Option to Add Groups of Internal Contacts to "Who to Notify?" on Threat Rule

It would be useful to be able to add a "group" of internal contacts to the "Who to Notify?" field when creating a Threat Rule instead of adding individuals one by one. Maybe this could be achieved with an option to add by tag.

Riskonnect Platform Dashboard Auto Refresh

It's taking clicks and time for team to refresh their dashboards. Not remembering to refresh, so taking more time to realize they're not seeing their current data. This will add efficiency.

The place to keep records of the latest trainings and exercising's for the office/department.

It would be useful to be able to pull that off within an import of a plan to show the evidence to the auditors. Place where you could set exercising frequency and that if it is not complete, we could not submit the sign offs for the plans.

Enable My Tasks in Exercise Mode

Currently, My Tasks only works for incidents that are marked as not being an exercise. Doing this prevents the teams from practicing using My Tasks during exercises. My Tasks should still work for incidents that are marked as being an exercise.

ClearSight Report Last Run Date

Clients want a way to get the last run date as part of the columns in the report listings. It is really hard to find the reports which are running and which are not run. It would be helpful to know when the last time a report was run.

SMS Notification: The message title should appear in the beginning of the SMS text (for testing purposes for example).

The field Text Message Prefix is not enough as it covers all the campaigns and it is not campaign specific.
