The Customer Ideas Portal gives you the opportunity to submit Ideas for new features and functions to add to the products and vote up existing ideas that are important to your organization.
Ideas that you create are viewable by other customers, so please be mindful of the details you include in the title and description.

Below is a summary of what can be achieved today. If you have further questions or if one of these solutions fits your need, please open a case for help configuring.
Dynamic Dashboards: if a dashboard is configured to be dynamic, meaning it is run-as whichever user is currently viewing the dashboard, it will always refresh the data the first time a given user views it each 24 hour period. There is a limit of 10 Dynamic Dashboards per org, but those 10 dashboards can be dynamically viewed by any user that is licensed to view them.
Scheduled Dashboard Refreshes: for non-dynamic dashboards, a dashboard can be scheduled to be refreshed on a scheduled, automated basis. This can be achieved by using the Dashboard Subscription feature. If they don't want the corresponding email that gets sent by default with a subscription, that option can be deselected when scheduling the subscription. Daily, weekly, and monthly options are available for automated refresh/subscriptions. Each user can schedule up to 7 dashboards to be automatically refreshed, and up to 200 total across all users.
