Ideas that you create are viewable by other customers, so please be mindful of the details you include in the title and description.

Note: Product bugs or configuration requests that are specific to your organization should be submitted through a case on the Customer Success Portal.

Improved email alert content and formatting

Introduce modern html formatted email alerts and notification as opposed to plain text.

Digest alerts particularly can suffer from information overload with little segregation between the alert events.

Important information is lost and overlooked and many times user simply ignore the emails.

To also include extending the parameters that can be included in email notification to all fields including escalation and feedback comments.

Triggering change alerts for selected specific fields only.
