The Customer Ideas Portal gives you the opportunity to submit Ideas for new features and functions to add to the products and vote up existing ideas that are important to your organization.
Ideas that you create are viewable by other customers, so please be mindful of the details you include in the title and description.

Note: Product bugs or configuration requests that are specific to your organization should be submitted through a case on the Customer Success Portal.
We also require the ability to create custom fields to this section as we also have additional questions to ask our users in these sections. Also, we have different Divisions requiring different time frames for these sections (ie 7 days, >90days etc), however, we are unable to change the current fields (since they do not change as such in the export) or add the additional options for days so that each BIA template have their own time frames and then being able to see all those different time frames across different BIA templates in an export.
