Viewing and Updating User Locations / Time Zones

There is no ability to view the User Location or TIme Zone on the User Report and the only way is to manually go into each record. This information also doesn`t pick up the Default from the 'Manage My Account' section and would be helpful if it did

Allow easier differentiation between users or internal contacts with the same name.

When selecting a user or an internal contact by name, if a number of people share that name, it's not clear which one to select. This needs to be clearer.
