BAE enhancement request - comments created on columns should be copied across to new allocations if the allocation is copied

In the Allocation App, the ability to add comments against the allocation variables in the Columns page is really useful. However, when the allocation is copied, comments are not retained and copied to the new version.

Client needs a date validation for fields that sit on the Contact Relationship table. When you create an event ''On Attach Contact (Claim)" you do not have the option to select Validation as an Action.
