Ideas that you create are viewable by other customers, so please be mindful of the details you include in the title and description.

Display Assignee information when using Assign Claim function

In Enterprise, the Permanent Assignee, Previous Assignee, and Adjuster (Misc. User 1) fields were displayed above the Select Assignee and Assignment Type drop down fields when using the Assign Claim function.

However, this information is not present when using the same function in ClearSight. My client has asked that we enter an enhancement to add this information back as it helped them track assignment history without having to look elsewhere on the claim or in the system.
