Event Reporting - order the day of the week in standard order rather than alphabetical order.

Patient event such as falls are tracked by time of day as well as the day of the week. The report only sorts by alphabetical day of the week (Fri, Mon, Sa, Su, Th, Tu, We) which makes no sense at all. Standard would be Sunday to Saturday.
