Add views to Attachments page instead of only having filters

Client requested the ability to build, save, and select different views on the Attachments page rather than only having several filter fields. Different adjusters or user groups will consistently need to view the same subset of attachments across all incidents/claims/occurrences, and having to set that criteria each time is an unneeded time sink.

    S510 Marsh Europe are requesting a similar Enhansment.

    They want to be able to select the columns to display as well as set their search defaults on attachments on Policy.
