Internal Contacts convert to Users

We have an import of internal contacts into BC&R, but have to manually set up users. It would be great if there was a button or easy way to convert an internal contact as a user.

Archived BIAs' Data Should Not Show Up in Plans

Currently, BIA data from archived plans shows up in fields such as "Location Activities" in the plans. This is highly confusing and leads to inaccurate data presented in the plans, since the archived BIAs are no longer being updated.
