Make Customise List view changes per User & not impacting other users

The BIa dn Plan modules have the ability for the User to customise the List view that they see, which is great if this applied to that user only.

However when a User changes the customise list fields, this impacts other Users on the site who may not want to see the field selections made by the user who changed the fields.

This Idea is to update this capability so that the custom list view applies to that user only, and also provide a means for Account Owners to be able to 'switch' this customisation on or off per user.
