Add more status types to BIAs and Plans

Is there a way to have a BIA or Plan show as "In Review"? It would be helpful if, when a plan was submitted for approval, there was a way to see that it had been sent without having to go through each document to verify who it is sitting with. I did not see a way to change/add status types in the knowledge base. Approved or not is fine for reporting at a high level but for actual tracking of roadblocks/delays, knowing that a document is "In Review" versus in Draft would be nice.

Per RGA - It would also be beneficial to support admins of the program if the status for draft documents would change in a similar way as the previously approved plans when they are getting near/at/past their expiration (due) date. Just because a document hasn’t been developed yet, doesn’t mean that it’s not as important to get done as the pre-approved, which is something that keeping it as “draft” until it’s gone through approval seems to imply. Admins can always update the expiration/due date if that is what is needed.

It would also be great if the automated notifications for items in draft status functioned similarly to those that had previously been approved. This is a crucial piece of functionality for customers transitioning from other systems that have programmatic requirements for things like operational resilience that this creates a gap for, especially for external audits.
