Modify "Geolocation Override" Functionality

A client has suggested changes to the Geolocation Override functionality in all libraries that have it (Locations, Internal Contacts, and Suppliers). Currently the Geolocation Override checkbox simply serves to display the Lat and Long fields so that they can be manually entered. The client would like the Geolocation Override checkbox to remain checked if they have elected to override the geolocation for the record so they know which records have been overridden. Similarly, the client has requested that the selected Geolocation Override option (True or False) and the Lat and Long fields all appear on the export for the given library so they can see which records have been the override turned on and what the entered lat/long is for each.
