Ideas that you create are viewable by other customers, so please be mindful of the details you include in the title and description.

“Cancel” button on approval workflow should really be “Rejected” and “Approval Notes” should be “Notes” and should be included in email when approval is rejected

The contributor is the role who makes updates or changes to the BIA/Plan. Hence, there is no need for a "Request update" button for Contributors

Cancel Workflow restriction

The ability to cancel the workflow of the BIA/Plan approval workflow should only be available for Admin. Hence, the Cancel button should not be visible to contributor, owner and final approver.
