Allow for Different page Orientation for PDF's and Printing

For the BIA’s, when you print preview it is in Landscape orientation, however, when you save to PDF, it changes the orientation to Portrait, can this rectified? The preferred orientation is Horizontal, so all the information can be read properly.

It would be quite helpful if there were a "To Top" button while working within long lists. Also, freezing the column headers would prove highly useful.

The success portals effectiveness would increase substantially if there was a quick chat where you can connect to a portal member and get answers to simple issues quickly. It would reduce the case number submitted and time waiting for responses.
