Final Approver missing from template

When creating a new BIA, using the template, the Final Approver section is missing. I can add the Owner and Contributors, but then have to save the project and go back in to add the Final Approver. This seems to be an unnecessary extra step

Be able to create alerts for any field changes

Allow Password protected documents to be attached to a Claim

Clients use password protection on MS Word Files, when emailing to a claim, or adding the file to a claim, they get errors. The idea is to allow protected files to be added to a claim.

Add Additional Details to SDIA Stored Procedure Notifications
