Ideas that you create are viewable by other customers, so please be mindful of the details you include in the title and description.

Ability to select Contact from the duplicate Contact pop-up window

When you are entering in a new contact from the Claim, and receive a possible duplicate, it would be nice if a user can select that ‘dup’ from the pop-up window to add it. Currently, users have to cancel and then search for that ‘dup’ to add the contact. This would save a lot of time.
