Make contents of update request emails sent from within plans or documents visible

We noticed recently that when we send an update request email from within a plan or document, that we can't see the contents of that email anywhere. It would be good to have this history available so that we can see what's been communicated.

RKQF attachments should be Files

Remove email address for Owner column in Risk Express
