Ideas that you create are viewable by other customers, so please be mindful of the details you include in the title and description.

Action Item "Approve" Button Should be "Mark as Complete" Instead To Avoid Confusion

Users click the "Approve" button, which is on the main page of an Action Item (if you click the link in an email) and in the main dropdown under "Actions" when viewing the Action Item in the system to imply that the action item is complete. The users are then frustrated when the email reminders don't stop. The main Action Item page / the "Actions" dropdown should have a "Mark as Complete" button readily available for users to easily mark the action item as complete instead of "Approve," which is used less frequently/used by program staff who know where to find it if needed.
