Riskonnect Alerts when a contact has been removed from a doc, BIA/BCP.

In Riskonnect, we have an API feeding the Internal Contacts. These are the same users pulled to updates BCPs. However, when a user/employee is removed from a plan no alerts go out to the Plan Owner/Contributor/Approver.
