Email Owners/contributors/Final Approvers when BIA/Plan is fully approved.

After a Plan or BIA has gone through an approval process, all owners, contributors and final approvers should receive an email indicating that the document in question is now fully approved.

Ability to assign work within a BIA or Plan to specific users

Give users the ability to assign sections of the plans and BIAs to themselves or others within their departments so when there are multiple people working on a document, it is clear who is completing each section.
