Hide the lock icon when printing a Plan to PDF

When you print the plan to PDF, the locked section icon appears on the PDF print out. It would look a lot nicer if the lock icon was not there.

As Administrators, it would be helpful - if an item has been approved incorrectly or prematurely - to be able to unapprove it back to it's original state.

Add page breaks option to PDF exports

Add the option to insert page breaks for new sections when exporting a Plan (or other document) to PDF, which will create a cleaner look and a better-organized document.
