Need a report that tracks full approval history

Currently when pulling an import/export of either department or plan, the approval field only indicates the most recent approval. With multiple layers of approvals, this then overwrites the approval history prior to the final approval. We need the ability to show the entire approval chain, including dates and performers in a reportable format for our stakeholders and regulators. This could either be accomplished by creating a report that lists the entire approval history for all items, or by creating additional fields within the department/Plan that provide the “last contributor approval name/last contributor approval date” PLUS “last owner approval name/last owner approval date” PLUS “last final approver name/last final approver date”
