Ability to bulk upload attachments as opposed to one by one

There should be an option or ability to bulk upload attachments to BIAs/BCPs/Exercises etc as opposed to having to attach files one by one as this is taking a lot of time and the system often gives issues on attaching files so can prove to be a long exercise. Often times there is no need for additional details (ie tags, readers, contributors etc.), but perhaps there could be an option added to edit these additional fields for the individual files after the bulk upload, should there be a need to.
