Give an option to centrally disable email alert for BIA/Plan approvals.

Currently the only way to disable approval notifications is to set approval frequency to 0 in each BIA/Plan. By giving a central option, it makes it easier to disable approval notifications.

Create Core List for 'External Contacts'

Similar to Internal Contacts, we'd like to have a Core List for 'External Contacts'. What we have identified is that some of these External Contacts are duplicates... this would help eliminate duplicates and make things easier.

Impact with scales ability to print in landscape

If a customer has numerous impact ratings with scales the number of pages is large. If the customer could choose to print that section in landscape would be awesome.
