Need ability to have separate pages (on Claim) for different SIM Types

Currently we can only have 1 SIM page and we had to use a custom language to customize the page name. We don't want it to say "Supplemental Info Page". Walmart will want a separate page for different SIM types. ie: Subro, Litigation and Demands
