Create a Method for Seeing all Related Activities on an Entity

Often times, there is a need to audit a claim record and see all associated activities related to the entity. Activity Monitoring will only show the activity for a specific record, but not necessarily cross entity activities. Can you build a tool to audit and monitor all activity related to an entity, ie Task on a Claim or Note on a Claim.
