Ideas that you create are viewable by other customers, so please be mindful of the details you include in the title and description.

We utilize the WFAs to send out notifications, and claim reporting to our TPA, on new claim submissions via Ventiv Intake. It would be helpful if the pdf of the Intake form could be attached to that WFA output. We currently have that pdf attached as a record level attachment on the occurrence record created by Intake, so I can already include the names of those attachments within the body of the WFA email (with varying degrees of success), but would love the ability to actually attach that pdf as well. It would assist those who are notified of the submissions as well as our TPA.
@Guest perhaps you can help us on this idea and provide typical examples of attachments you were thinking of attaching? We can see a number of possibilities and your response would help us frame the response.
