Ability to delete records through spreadsheet

We should have the ability to delete some records through spreadsheet instead of asking Ventiv to do so or to manually have to delete each record.

    Thanks for the feedback.

    There are a few options available, for example the data governance module allows records which are no longer to be retained (based on a date and retention period) to be deleted.

    Additionally there are custom options that could be configured, please contact your customer success manager to discuss.
