Adding Multiple Recipient Types for Email Alerts

Currently, separate email alerts have to be created in order to send the same message to multiple recipient types. This is a time-consuming process and presents significant admin overhead when a message needs to be updated as the user has to go to each message individually. The inability to send one alert to multiple alert types also means that a very long list of alerts is present in the grid making it more difficult to find the alert you want to edit / delete.
