Allow Users the Ability to Manage Temporary Claim Assignments

Currently, users can assign claims to a temporary Adjuster. They can set start and end dates and there are jobs that will assign or reassign when those dates start and expire. There is not a current capability to manage these in any way. Client do not have visibility into when those assignments end. We would be looking for a method within the application to see upcoming expirations of temporary assignments.
