Ideas that you create are viewable by other customers, so please be mindful of the details you include in the title and description.

Make OCI Sync not coverage specific

Right now, OCI sync only works if the coverage is the same between the occurrence/claim/incident. Can there be a setting added that will allow the syncs to ignore coverages for the fields in the OCI sync list?

    Schneider has voiced that the same option would be beneficial.
