Ability to Track attachments upload by users.

When client use the email to claim function to send attachments to the system. Activity monitoring is tracking file attachments but it does not inform you of the claim the attachment is tied to. You have no way of seeing what claim the attachment is sent to. The Key only shows STARS.Claim;Orion.File and not the claim#
