The Customer Ideas Portal gives you the opportunity to submit Ideas for new features and functions to add to the products and vote up existing ideas that are important to your organization.

Ideas that you create are viewable by other customers, so please be mindful of the details you include in the title and description.

Note: Product bugs or configuration requests that are specific to your organization should be submitted through a case on the Customer Success Portal.

Auto/Bulk Delete/Anonymize

  • Ability to create a view and select to delete or anonymize everything in that view (claims, incidents, occurrences)

  • On deletion, all related child records would also be deleted (notes, tasks, emails, etc). This includes file attachments.

  • Allow user to select to take action on that view on demand

  • Send email to person (either defined or view creator) with failures after job runs

  • View may contain thousands of records - job needs to be able to handle large views

Nice to have:

  • Define scheduled basis to delete or anonymize
